1 Peter Encouragement for a suffering Church "Called to be what God alone can make you." (1 Peter 2:4-11)
Writing to Christians suffering persecution, to our, Peter reminds them of all that God made them in Jesus Christ. About who they really are through the great mercy He has poured out on them. And then, he invites them to live out the faith or become in their lives what God created them to be in Christ.
Prayer: Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal himself to you personally as you worship Him and to teach you about what He wants you to see, know and do about finding hope as you live through times that in any other circumstances might hurt our hope.

Message: Our Living Hope When Peter writes Christians who'd been scattered by persecution and were still suffering under it. He writes to encourage them. We might struggle to see it as encouragement. But it is exactly the encouragement we need to build our faith and motivate us to live for Christ during times such as these.
Ask God to show you what he wants you to see this morning...
After each section I ask some questions, you can pause the video to think about those questions for a greater application of the message. I forgot to add that into the video, but we will be doing this live.
